This business begin in March of 2010. In Dec. 2025 we completed a 2 year contract for Government uniforms running 1 Shift. (3 Shifts may be operated by future owner) We have worked off and on for that Gov branch since 2021. We also completed another outside of Colorado County Gov Project in the last few months as well as other Corporate uniform jobs for long term customers. We have stayed consistently busy for 16 years, with the last 5 to 6 being very busy. We have been solicited to make garments for well known National and Worldwide brands as well as the little known. We have sewn and sold for our own in-house brands since 2010.
I have made the decision that after 16 years, I am departing this business as I am semi-retiring and wish to go on an extended hiatus with absolutely no business related responsibilities. I have been remote working since 2014 handling business development, scheduling, and procurement. Therefore, the assets of FRS, its supply chain, customer lists, trade secrets and its facility is being sold. The price is $995,000.00 usd. The real estate is in the Denver Metro and has multi comps supporting a market value of approximately $500,000. $995,000 gets you the real estate, existing fabric and material inventory as well as training on how to produce the same commercial quality technical outerwear and less technical garments that we have become known for Worldwide. We will teach you where and how to procure all materials. We will teach you how to cost and quote jobs. We will provide you with the names and contacts and introduce you to our existing customers. 6. A viewable list of our Websites other online and communication resources (e.g. email accounts, Phone System, etc) and their fixed/variable costs.
7. A abstract description of our customer lists (not the actual names) including both individuals as well as corporate (past and current) and Government liason(s). The actual names will be included in the sale of the business Assets and real estate for $995,000.00 or an accepted LOI with deposit.
8. An outline of training and time we will include with the $995,000.00 sale that enables you to learn the CMT manufacturing process and techniques used to make commercial quality technical outerwear in our facility. An outline of training and time you will receive to convey a basic understanding in operating a factory utilizing SAM ( Standard Allowed Minutes) and piecework garment production. An outline of training and time you will receive to convey how to establish the SAM and cost of producing a garment. An outline of training and time you will receive to convey or introduce you to our business customer contacts. An outline of training and time in which we will convey to you our supply chain (including pattern making) that we have used to source materials that have enabled us to operate at a respectable gross profit level yet maintaining a competitive retail or wholesale price for the end user.
