Return Exchange Policy


Please read our Size & Fit Specs for new updates on sizing to help eliminate
wrong size choices. In addition, every order will recieve our PreShip Sizing questionaire from a real human customer service rep via email.  This process is interactive and we encourage you to participate as we are most interested in guiding you to your best desired size and fit. Make sure to provide us with an email address that you actively monitor and that our customer service [email protected] email is prevented from directing to your spam folder. 

Return Policy

Freeride Systems garments may be exchanged for like or similar goods within 21 days of purchase. If you have made a purchase and we determine you have selected the wrong size and before we ship your order may recieve a full refund.  We send every purchaser a preship questionaire to determine  that they have purchased their correct size. We do this as a courtesy.  If you fail to assist us or partially assist us with your sizing information, we cannot guarantee that your size selection will fit as you wish and consequently will only qualify for an exchange or a store credit for future purchase use.   We will issue a store credit when an exchange size is not available.   You may use the store credit within a time limit determined at time of issuance of credit. 

We limit the number of times you may exchange a garment to a reasonable number determined by us.

To initiate an Exchange:
First submit a request for authorization to exchange utilizing the contact section on  this website. Please outline the issue regarding why you wish to exchange and work with our customer service rep to help find your correct size. If you already know the size you want to exchange for, please include the new size and the product name.

Please return clothing with original tags still attached and in unworn condition
with Return Authorization consisting of your name and order number by emailing us through the contact section of this website for specific directions.  

Please utilize tracking with your shipper.
